Our Maintenance Services Department is committed to construction maintenance services. Our maintenance services team is comprised of building professionals with diverse field experience. Project managers meet with clients’ consultant to evaluate their needs, in-house engineers review structural projects to ensure their integrity, and experienced field crews stand ready to tackle every project. Activities includes rehabilitation, repair, replacement, waterproofing, as well as miscellaneous plumbing, electrical and HVAC services.

This department is involved in any type of construction activities such as construction of facilities, utilities, offices and buildings (Budgeted Item Projects), site development, rehabilitation and modification, as well as Lump Sum Turn Key projects (LSTK) with Saudi Aramco.

This department was created to provide and to address the mechanical service needs in the Plants, Refineries and Petro-Chemical Industries. The addition of this new department is to be comprehensively and industrially competitive to fully deal with Client’s Project Construction to Industrial Plant requirements. The following quality services that this department handles include: Plant /Turn Around, re-tubing of Heat Exchanger & Fin Fan Bundles, Hydro-Jetting/Pressure Cleaning, Bundle Pulling Services, T&I/Tank Cleaning, Process Piping and Steel Structural (Fabrication, Welding & Erection), Protective Coating and Grit Blasting, Plant Equipment Erection, Electrical and Instrumentation, De-bottlenecking/ Revamp Projects.
