Specialized Contracting Company
SCC (Specialized Contracting Company) is a joint venture between Kabbani and Marasem of Egypt that aims to provide our long list of specialized services specifically and solely to Marasem projects.
SCC has been officially registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade (MSIT) since April 2019 and is currently providing its services to several projects in the Egypt area and is in the process of signing more contracts as well. SCC’s long-term goal is to provide top-quality specialized services with an ongoing comprehensive quality control program in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. SCC’s main services thus far include pre-stressing services including both post and pre-tensioning, as well as waterproofing and thermal insulation, with plans to include flooring, blasting and painting, finishing works, interior design services, and the supply and installation of solar energy systems in the near future.
